3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a cloudy dark amber with a thin head (when poured carefully). Aroma is dominated by sweet orange and caramel, almost like some kind of sweet. There is a touch of more acidic citrus as well, perhaps lime. Flavour adds a long lasting and firm bitterness to balance the sweeter notes.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle 33 cl. Pours cloudy orange in color with a whitish head. Wet grainy aroma, some vegetable and
cellar notes too. Slightly bitter in taste with a bit of grassyness, but the vegetable notes are a bit disturbing, fortunately they seem to fade away a bit towards the finish though.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
bottle. my gohd, de molen has so much beers. they cant all be THE best, so they sort of pilled up in my cellar . yes, even an IPA between, them ( shame on me ) . so from now on, a daily new de molen, to get me some space in my cellar :)
pours amber, half glass of foam ( poured carefully ) wich lasts a LONG time .
smell is pretty good. hoppy, but combined with that typical de molen bitterness in the smell .
way to much carbo . realy not much taste . kindof good fruityness left, but mostly its bitterness. it might be to old, but the carbo is to high , that hasnt got so much to do with the age , right ?
mediocer beer, low beer for a IPA beer, wich i usualy love way more than this . its drinkable..

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a big and off-white foamy head. Yeasty and a bit earthy malt aroma with notes of citric and slightly piney hops. Moderately bitter flavour, medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Delicately bready malt character with drying hops, including fruity (grapefruit, citrus) and piney notes, leading into a dry and not too fat finish. 02.V.13
