Amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of earth, rye bread, apricot, pineapple, caramel, malts, pine and somewhat spicy. Sweet malty flavour, bitter hops. Sweet finish, earth and hops.

Little cloudy dark orange to red amber beer, creamy off-white head, unstable, bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, bit sweet, ripe peaches, ripe apricots, bit sugary, candy, bubble gum. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, bit piny, sweet malts, pretty grassy hops, bitter. Aftertaste: bitter, some grapefruit, bit sourish, orange peel, dry bitter ending.

33cl bottle, shared with 77ships, Martinus and Tderoeck. Bottled on 7-8-2012. Cuivrée léger, col épais beige. Arôme est fruité, pin,, pointe d ecitornné et agrumes. Palais est malté moyen, léger épices venant du seigle, cette dernière étant bien tenace en fin de bouche. Le tout reste assez sec avec ce profil grains terreux qui domine toutes les versions de ces single hops sans vraiment offrir une version mettant vraiment à jour la qualité des houblons. Certains de ces derniers n’ajoutant que de l’amérisant, le l’intérêt s’en retrouve un peu diminuer.

Tasted from the bottle, on 17/11/2012. Pours of lovely bronze with a tiny off-white head. Aroma is quite intense, very unusual toasted bread character dominate, slightly ashy&spicy, just with a hint of citrus far away. Mouthfeel is medium bodied & ok carbonated. Taste is a bit citrusy&fruity upfront, then rapidly changing to that sticky mix of ash, coal, earthy notes. Aftertaste is a bit boozy and properly bitter. Nothing like an ordinary ipa at all, but definitely worth to try, - Recommended. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light unclear medium yellow amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, moderate to light heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, biscot. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, caramel, rye, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120929]

Borefts warm up -bottle in the Hotel. Hazy amber beer. Big cream coloured head. Palate starts semi soft but has a crispy trailing edge. Toffee malt base. Smooth marmalade and citric hops are in good balance. Holding it all together that rye spice. Crisp finish. Nice!

Bottled at Monk’s Porterhouse, Stockholm. Lightly hazy ruby/amber, rich head. Peppery nose with strawberry, mango and dough. Mid sweet with well rounded mouthfeel and solid body. Salty and fruity with earthy tropical fruit hoppiness. Growing resiny bitterness.

Bottle at yespr. Hazy orange coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hops, grass and pine needles. Fruity flavour of hops, grass and grapefruits. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottle. Dark amber coloured. Unclear. Dense beige head. ARoma: Fruits, herbs, rye, flowers, herbs, lemon. Flavour: Lemon, herbs, flowers, caramel, spice. Medium to full bodied. Ends flwoery bitter.
