3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Half-Pint on tap at Inn Deep, Glasgow, Scotland (£3):
Citrus with some pine and lighter grapefruit with some American style hops. The smell is very refreshing and fruity with a tropical aroma to it that is quite pleasing.
An opaque, caramel amber colour with a thin, white lacing for a head that stays very consistent throughout.
Tropical fruits and citrus with some pine tasting hops & a very bitter taste that is complimented by some caramel.
Smooth tasting & quite juicy as I mentioned, there is a fruity feel to the beer and it has a medium body with about the same carbonation levels.
An enjoyable American IPA with a fairly refreshing taste and a nice helping of malts and caramel to counter the intense, hop-filled flavours that hit you initially.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
15th June 2013
Clear amber beer, tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is smooth and a little dry. Smooth creamy malt base with a little of that rye spice. Hops are fresh orange and pine with a touch of dry grass. Finishes smooth with a mellow bitter linger. Very good now - I bet this was superb when really fresh.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Enjoyable IPA, one of those beers that are great experiments. And Rye never really can go wrong with me. Quite a full palate and the rye shines through, aftertaste might not be perfect, but I’d have this one again. Picked it up at the De Molen Bottle Shop during Borefts 2013
