Koelschtrinker (9994) - Köln (Cologne), GERMANY - OCT 6, 2012
Dunkelmalziger und -getreidiger Beginn, weich. Hefig, deutliche Roggennoten. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt eher gering sind die Hopfennoten, die erst im späten Mittelteil wichtiger werden und sich auf das Niveau des Roggens begeben. Hefiger werdend, brotig, dunkel malzig. Ausgewogen, mittellanges ruhiges Finish mit Schokoladennoten. 10/10/12/13/11/11

PhillyCraft (2845) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 6, 2012
Bottle from the Beer King split with Booze. Medium head that did not last, and not much lacing. Aromas and taste of heavy caramel, bready malts, lemon hops. Taste was very malty mostly with aomd bitter and strong oily hops coming through as well. Pretty good but too malty for me. The citra was my favorite of the single hops from De Molen.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Dark brown body with puffed up head. Nose is hoppy , caramel, toffee. Taste very chewy nugget hops, which go down very well. Well done.

Vaiz (3140) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - SEP 13, 2012
Bottle. Hazy copper pour, almost no head. Aroma has some rye, a bit of pine, some raisins, somewhat fruity and a bit of citrus. Flavor is slightly bitter, fruity and a bit sweaty. The rye is nicely present, but it’s still a bit thin. Also not a very pronounced hop. Still very well drinkable brew.

PotjeBier (1419) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - AUG 26, 2012
On tap @ In De Wildeman. Color is reddish amber, hazy. Off white head with large, soapy bubbles, good lace. Aroma’s: tropical fruit, caramel/malty sweet, resinous, rather mild retronasal. Flavor is medium sweet with some acidity and an upcoming bitterness. Medium bodied. Finishes with a mild bitterness that grows more and more bitter.
