Leighton (11589) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUL 19, 2013
Bottle shared at Borefts Basecamp 2012 - Utrecht. Pours clear, copper-red with a medium, white foam head. Nose holds ripe orange citrus, some spicy and grainy rye. Light to medium sweet flavor in general, some sugar, cake-like bread, sweet berries, mellow rye, background pine, vanilla frosting. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, lightly dry, some resins, a bit of creamy toffee, mellow spice, brown bread. Interesting. Kind of a non-standard IPA.
