Unclear medium amber orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, caramel, sweet fruity, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus - orange, dusty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100409]

Hazy amber color; big head; too high carbonation actually. Nice hop aroma, even if not the typical Saaz: it’s a bit grassy, very light citrus fruits and chamomile, light cereals aroma too. The flavor is a blend of caramel and some cereals; quite strong bitterness, with grassy and earthy tones, but the Saaz doesn’t really fly, no hop freshness. A pleasant IPA, but...

9th May 2010. Cloudy amber beer. Small cream head. Light dry palate - quite soft. A little caramel malt. Very light grapefruit and pine hops. Somewhat of an ephemeral beer but decent hops. Finishes light and dry.
