33cl bottle. Pale coloured beer with off-coloured head. Fruity hoppy cheesy odour. Hoppy flavour, but not offensive flavour, just mild. A balanced non- sweet taste. Mouthfeel is a bit thick. It evolves naturally to a beautiful hop bitter aftertaste.

Bottle at home. Pours a hazy dark orange color with a thick foamy white head that leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma is hoppy with grass, some floral notes and is slightly sharp. Flavor is hoppy bitter with some sweetness which reminds me of flower honey. Very long, slightly sharp bitter finish. Decent carbonation and a creamy texture. Nice brew, although with some rough edges.

Bottle. Lovely hop showcase. Loads of carboanation, a fairly neutral malt base to give the Saaz hops plenty of room to play. Flowers, grass, long lingering aroma.

Bottle (75cl, #27): Deep golden to light amber coloured, hazy, big fluffy stable off-white head; piney-hoppy and fruity nose with a caramelly background, spiced with a light tinge of cinnamon; solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; solid lingering finish with a caramelly counterweight. The right stuff.......

Bottle from De Bierkoning. Cloudy orangey golden with a huge offwhite head. Potent grassy and spicy hops, very rounded and complex, especially in the mouth. Good, harmonious bitterness. Another De Molen masterpiece.
