Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a low, off-white head over a slighlty hazy, brown body. Not much carbonation going on either, although the carbonation in the mouth is appropriate. The aroma has ginger and licorice, with roasted malts. Sweet, cellery flavor with notes of spices. Medium body, rather sweetish. Spiced, bitter finish. A pleasant beer, but far from extraordinary. 100611
