Bottle from Kris Wines. Bottled 18/03/13. A lively pour which resulted in a gold colour with a foamy white head. sweetish, sticky, piney, herby, grassy with a touch of caramel and, oddly, pencil eraser. Light body. Slightly sweet initially, and a bit lemony with a bitter finish. Not a huge amount going on really. It is a touch on the bland side. OK.

Underwhelming beer yet again from De Molen. Aroma is good, like an IPA should be and the bitterness is there, but it just turns into a bitter, even slightly sour aftertaste. Wish I had another one for my 1200th. Bottle from Bierenzo Rotterdam.

Keg at Birmingham Beer Bash. Classic looks - cloudy amber body and a thick head of foam. Aroma pleasant though not particularly strong - slight banana and citrus hops and yeast. Underwhelming taste is watery and lacking depth or duration of finish. So so.

Drunk: 23.07.2013. Bottled: 22.01.2013 Orange beer with small froam, which disappears before end. Aroma: It’s only grass. Bitter is light to medium (after heating up). Palate: Light lemon-grass bitter with fizzy carbonation. Is this IPA for sure?

Not clear, with a very good white head. Sweet in the noise with a moderate hoppy smell. A sweet and soft medium bodied beer. The caramel malts are very prominant, where i expected the citra to be prominant. But overall it is a balanced beer. In the aftertaste there is a little bitterness, and end with the caramel malts. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Ładny wygląd i aromat przynosi kompletne rozczarowanie, jeśli chodzi o smak. Niska goryczka, posmak mokrego kartonu i mokrych grzybów pozostawiają bardzo nieprzyjemne odczucie w ustach.

Bottle. Bright lemony yellow with a huge foamy white head that has become the hallmark of De Molen brews. Aroma is guava, gooseberries, and a little cat piss. The palate showcases the zesty tart juicy Citra perfectly, with light crackery malts in support. Not sure how this earns an IPA designation, weighing in as it does at under 5%, but it is an absolutely excellent beverage for those who love Citra. ( and I do!)
