Thanks to bierkoning for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild-hoppy, modest sourish with lemon notes, a bit grasy-flowery background. Mild finish, fine fresh hoppy. Great IPA.

Bottle from Bierkoning, thanks! Huge dense off-white head over clear golden body. My glass wasn’t quite clean but the head stuck around for a while anyway. Aroma of guava, grapefruit, and lots of other stuff I have a hard time naming but smell amazing. Flavor of up front bitterness, lemon, grapefruit, pine, zest. Good body and firm carbonation, good bitter palate. Pretty damn good beer :)

33 cl bottle. Bottled on 09.08.2012.
Pours clear dark copper color with a huge frothy head. Aroma of exotic fruits, floral hops, mild caramel, pine needles, some lemon and some grass. Flavor of fruits, hay, caramel, hops and mild goose berries. Bitter fruity palate with a grassy dry finish. Best of the single hop series.

Quality brewing for 4.8%. Citrus hops, yadda yadda, boring myself. Come on. Hmm... got nothing to offer. I’m tired.

Bottle from Bierkompass. Clear deep golden beer with a nice lasting white head. Hoppy fruity aroma, woody, pine needles, hay, lemongrass, floral, citrus, peach, mango notes. Fruity floral flavor, spicy, hoppy, wood notes, pine needles, caramel, apples, grapes, peach, herbal notes, biscuits, lemongrass, some passion fruit. Nicely balanced fruit and hop finish with woody notes. Really refreshing.

Bottle @ Borefts 2012, as the beer list wasn’t big enough to handle our thirst. The pour’s a medium amber orange with a small white head. The nose is big lemon peel, some mango stand, saltwater taffy and marmalade. The taste is piss, lemon-spiked fruits and grassy green leaf. Nicely balanced mildly bitter finish. Pretty good!

Bottle from Bierkoning, pours a hazy golden orange color. Medium head that faded quickly, tons of white lace rings in my inner glass. Aromas of dank citra hops, fruit punch, resinous pine trees, light sweet malts. Taste are tons and tons of grapefruit zest, pine, lemons, apricot, and other acidic fruits. Pineapple aftertaste. Carbonation was medium, body was light to medium. Oh man, I could drink about 10 of these juicy, refreshing ipa’s. Perfect showcase of citra, so fuely and rez’d out. Best ipa of my trip but thats no surprise due to my feind like addiction to citra hops.

snzcujo (274) - RUSSIA - OCT 4, 2012
Tasted @home on 04/10/2012. Pours of lovely golden color with massive white head. Aroma has dominant piny notes, with addition of grapefrut, very intense and refreshing. Taste is a bit watery upfront, having then that pine tones as well. Some hints of grass follow, well mixed with sweetness of malts. Aftertaste has bitterness quite above average, good! Very refreshing, pleasant beer, not too complex though. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
