Bottle at the DISOB tasting, Den Haag. Poured a cloudy medium amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is a little weak floral. The flavour is medium bitter, floral, a little resin. Kinda strange really, but I liked it. Some people didn’t.

Sampled @ ’Dean’s scared of beer’ testing. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Slight aroma of citrus/tropical fruits. Bitter, slightly orangy taste

Bottle shared at the "Dean’s scared of beer tasting". Pours cloudy golden brown with an off white head. Aroma fruit, grapefruit, lime. Flavor is light sweet and over moderate bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cloudy orange color. Smell is hop. Taste bitter and taste like grapefruit. Definitely a IPA.

Aroma: Lime, grapefruit, caramel and - strangely - porridge oats.

Appearance: Hazy golden body with a frothy off-white head. Very lively carbonation. Nice lacing.

Taste: Grassy with sharp lime notes. Lightly toasted malt. Peppery spice on the finish.

Palate: Medium body with a watery, slightly oily texture. Fizzy carbonation.

Overall: More of a Golden Ale than an IPA. Harshly bitter and sharp. Bottled August 14th 2012.

330 ml long neck bottle, poured into a tulip. Bottled 14/8/12. ABV 4.8% Thick sediment on the bottom of the bottle, I poured as carefully as I could in order not to have it in my glass. Deep orange colour, a bit hazy, I guess some of the sediment madi it in the glass. Huge head, more than three fingers, white and sopay, left heavy lacing around the glass as it went down. Very nice and intense citrus aroma as expected. Moderate bitterness on the taste. Aftertaste also bitter, much more actually. Again citrus flavours, but a bit muddy and under the surface. Medium body, good carbonation. Very dry on the palate. Overall good IPA.

Sample. Hazy golden colour with a good lasting and white head and average lacework. Aroma is strong hoppy with citrus hints. Flavor has notes of grapes and orange, persistent and strong bitterness with a good duration. Dry final with a strong bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy gold with a white foam. Aromas are woody with melon and white grape. Grapefruit with hints of pineapple and lime. Yeasty with floral notes. Flavours are light grapefruit with yeast and woody, earthy aspects. Cereal with a bitter, dry finish. Nice.

33cl bottle (bottled on Aug. 14th, 2012) picked up at the De Molen bottle shop pours with a clear copper body that exhibits thick gold edges and supports a tall light tan head of foam and leaving behind sheet lacing. I love Columbus hops, looking forward to this. The aroma offers up malt infused onions and lime like earthy hop dankess, indeed! The taste delivers lime like citrus hop flavor and then moving into more and more hop bitterness where notes of resiny hops are nuanced by mild dankness and a faint onion sensation. Yummers!

Cerveza dorado pálido con cierta turbidez. Aroma a piel de naranja, floral y ligeramente a uva. Sabor naranja amarga. Amargor fuerte. Carbonatación alta. Espuma persistente y abundante.
