Bottle at the Croydonia Tasting, thanks to Jack, 13/07/13. Hazed orange amber with a thin off white head. Nose is hops, bitter orange, light tropicals, caramel, orange sherbet. Taste comprises light hoppy tones, grass, orange pith, sugars, bitter tropical fruit notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish with slightly muted hop bitterness. Drinkable but lacks a little in flavour.

0,33 l bottle bottled on 10th April 13 label says "IPA-ish" instead of IPA which is imho true because this is a strange / unusual Single Hop IPA. Aroma: Citrus/orange-sour notes. grass. Appearance: amber, cloudy, rocky head, fine and stable white foam head. Taste & Palate: light sweetness, lightly bitter, heavily sour, medium body, creamy, soft carbonation, long finish I am not sure whether the "belgian style" sour notes are intended or not. It makes the beer refreshing but also gives him a unexpected taste.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a large, long lasting white head. Aroma is quite sourish with some grassy hops, but mostly sour. Taste is even more dominated some kind of citrus sourness, can’t really find the Saaz in there. The sourness is actually quite refreshing, but probably not intended to be there. Thin to medium body and well carbonated, unlike most of the single hop rye IPAs.
