3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle, number 22, picked up at Ølbutikken in Copenhagen. Gold-apricot body colour, slightly hazy. Dense, white head with good retention. Sweet fruity hoppy nose. Rich fruity taste of peaches, ripe oranges added by almond and earthy malts. Rounded dry bitter ending. Well crafted (shared with Finn, Tromsø 17.11.2010).

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
(Bottled, 0.75l) Clear amber with a large, cloudy head. Caramely malt, berries and herby hops in the nose. Flavor is unpleasantly stingy-ashy with strong, resiny-herby hoppiness, orangey fruitiness, and a touch of cat pee. Gets better towards the end of bottle, though, as you get used to ashiness. Medium body, stingy palate. Not very good. 4735

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
[3209-20100731] Bottle. Not a lot in the aroma, some dirty yeast and mild tangerine. Hazy, light orange brown body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Heavy yeast has hints of orange throughout. Medium-full body has an effervescent finish. Heavy, but nice.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 6.2%. OK hop aroma, slightly grassy and caramelly, hint of wet hop. Almost clear grey amber colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is nicely hoppy, hint of grass and hay. Good caramelly malt base, slightly sweet, but balanced by the hops. The hop does not taste as fresh as many other good hops, but not bad at all.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
2010-07-31. Hazy orange amber body with a foamy beige head that fades. 3+ Flavour has a sharp bitterness at first, modest malt middle, finish is a bit odd with something that is not quite cardboard but that is the best word I come up with. Grainy, grassy aroma. Average to light bodied palate. Okay. Shows promise but does not quite live up to it. Bottle at ChrisOs Pre-GBBF Shindig 2010
