Bottle at the Anderson, cheers Jim! Pours a deep viscous black with a small thin white head. The cacao is evident on the nose and in the mouth though the chilli and the sea salt are a little absent on my palate. Big, rich and quite boozy, it is great but I’ll admit I was a bit disappointed

Dark brown with moka head. Nose of dried fruits, sweet malts, sugar. Taste is sweet malty with cacao, caramel and at the end salty and bitter. Ok!

Bottle. Light chocolate nose. Lightly acidic and tart. Somewhat thin. Ok but seems a bit off.

Aroma is not very big for a RIS, but one can clearly feel chocolate, bit of nuts and cherries. Completely dark with almost no head. Taste: coffee and dark chocolate, very good. Medium body, oily texture, bitter and slightly alcoholic finish. Can’t really feel chilli peppers or salt.

Kolor ciemnorubinowy. W aromacie dominuje kakao polaczone z alkoholem, dalej kawa, palonosc i leciutka nuta gryzacego, swiezo zmielonego chili. W odczuciu nisko wysycone, gladkie, ale wytrawne, wyraznie brakuje mu ciala. W smaku kawowe, palone, czekoladowe, lekko kwasne. W zasadzie smak biednego RISa z dodatkiem sredniej mocy rozgrzewajacego pieczenia od papryczek, nic szczegolnie porywajacego.

Warka rozlewana 29.03.2013r.

Bottle 0,33l. Very rich aroma with a mixture of chocolate, currant and soy sauce. Very dark body with almost no head. A little bit disturbing is the huge amount of yeast clods. Also the taste is quite rich and surprising, starting with salt on the top of the tongue, medium sourness turning to a bitter ending with noticable chocolate and chilli notes.

A black body with a thin tan head that faded away quickly. Aroma had a heavy dark chocolate presence initially. Subs notes of smoke and coffee. Flavor was initially sweet. A nice balance between smoke and roasted malts. Chili peppers where present in the after taste. Nice mouth feel. A nice smooth drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
