Honey, apple, dusty earth notes going on. Earthy toffee taste is what hits me up front. Lively carbonation and some body goin on for a California Common. Decent stuff. after4ever (2711), Brier, Washington, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 30, 2008 A clear, golden beer with a small beige head. Slightly milky sour and dusty nose, with a nice fruity flavor and some caramel. The flavor is much the same, but has more maltyness. Medium body and a short and weak finish. Even though it is going bad, it is a nice beer. Would have liked to taste it fresher. (081003) gunnfryd (3573), Kristiansand, Norway

The head is huge, nice and creamy. The aroma is wonderfully hopped with notes of spruce, resin, citrus, caramel and papaya. The flavour has a light sweetness, chewy notes of caramel, spruce, citrus, mango, papaya and the finish is spice. It’s delicious with a lot of flavour.
