The aroma and taste is of dusty caramel malt and hops. Medium body with a dry finish. fiulijn (5695), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jun 7, 2008 Corked bottle at Ølfestival 2008, Århus Hazy golden color. It has a quite nice hop aroma, with resins and a bit flowery too. Medium-weak body, the high bitterness and the lack of sweetness make it feel dry. Not very interesting. Grovlam (2925), Copenhagen, Denmark Jun 5, 2008 Bottle. Average beige somewhat creamy head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Muddy amber color. Aroma of mild pine and grapefruit, light citrus. Over the palate came grain caramel, apricot and mixed fruity notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and mild dry texture. Moderated sweet and bitter flavor in balance. Dry bitter grape like finish. thewolf (3392), Kolding, Denmark Jun 3, 2008 Bottle. [thank you Skortila/Caesar] Pours a beautiful deep amber with a slight red hue. Lots of bubbles stream towards a staying, frothy, white head. Aroma is grassy, strawberry hops notes and very light grapefruit. Light and fresh mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasantly malty, quite chewy with some good, dry hops notes. Dry, hoppy finish - nice, and quite refreshing.
