Bottle 75cl.
Light unclear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lancing, mostly lasing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel notes, moderate hoppy, sawdust, grass, sweet. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (160508)

Bottled at Ølfestival, Århus, 2008. An orange beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet hoppy and grassy with a light note of caramel. The flavor is grassy combined with light flowery notes, leading to a dry bitter finish. Safin - a Polish hop used for dry hopping - a very interesting experiment.

Århus2008. 75 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy orange with a minimal lacing white head. Aroma is spiced and malty. Flavour is dry and hoppy with a solid dry spiced note. Ends dry and spiced. Slight soapy flavoured/mouthfeel too, too much hops perhaps.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour with mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is big time fruity hops. Flavour is toffee, fruity hops and some earth and yeast. Really mouthdrying beer.

Bottle. Hazy orange coloured with a meidum sized off white ehad. Fruity aroma of grass, hops and grape fruits. Fruity flavour of liquorice, hops, grass and grape fruits. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Aarhus beerfestival. Pours uclear amber with a white head. Aroma & taste is of malts, yeast & fruits. Overall quite sweet - caramel. Body is a little weak and the beer has quite some harsh notes around it - perhaps the yeast? OK

Corked bottle at Ølfestival 2008, Århus
Hazy golden color. It has a quite nice hop aroma, with resins and a bit flowery too. Medium-weak body, the high bitterness and the lack of sweetness make it feel dry. Not very interesting.

Bottle, 5.7%. Violent gusher though quite cold. Good, distinct, teaish hop aroma. Cloudy dark amber colour. Stable tan head. The flavour is quite malty with a distinct, but mild teaish hop flavour. Not very bitter. Good mouthfeel. The yeast at the bottom has a slightly metallic flavour.

Sample at Aarhus beerfestival. Medium head with medium duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich with hops and fruits. Slightly watery finish.

Bottle at Århus Ølfestival 2008. Cloudy dark amber - white head. Fruity, yeasty (again the yeast I don’t like), apples, high carbonation, light body, sweetness, caramel, light malty. OK.
