33cL bottle. Pours a slightly hazy ruby color, topped with a medium sized pink-white head. Aroma is slightly tart with some dark cherry, grain and faint lemon. Flavor begins with berries, dust, cherry, wheat, and old hops. Earthy, somewhat herbal finish with berries. Decent, but not as exciting as I expected.

33 cl. bottle @ home purchased from Alvinne: biggest gusher I have ever seen in my life, once I popped the cap, I literally burst like forth like a FONTAIN, incredibly for 5 seconds or so I had a fountain my kitchen, damn beer was everywhere, huge pink foam that quickly settled, raspberry coloured beer, insane, I was left with about half of a glass of beer at the end, smell is tart, slightly musty raspberries with some kriek, both fermenting, overripe, funky, lots of cobwebs mixed with cotton candy, taste is rather foal, first almost nothing, slight cellar, barnyard, raspberry, sticky, jam, badly made Lindemans Framboise, watery, badly aged oud bruin (lots of tad watery rotting old wood, drenched in the said beer) mixed with cotton candy, slight acidic, followed by a very musty, cellar, cobweb finish which linger on in the mouth, rotting, garbage, remains of food in kitchen sink, luckily taste is slightly light / aftertaste is not that strong but among the worst, I have ever had, painful, body is both touch watery & highly carbonated, pretty much a failure of a beer, first sour beer I have had which taste like it is spoiled & rotting, like eating spoiled food, this is, only redeemable feature is that the taste is not that strong, this is not a ‘sour’ beer, this was clearly infected in a bad way (past BBF date, at the very least 2010 vintage)

The beer in the glass is rosé-pink, with a pink, soapy head that quickly disappears. It smells like cherry and berry, slightly musty and yeasty. Starts with sweet cherry flavors, slightly bitter and dry in the mouth with an unpleasant musty flavor, a little detergent. Toward the middle part, the beer gets watery and somewhat lax, there are hardly no cherry flavors noticeable. Tastes more like a cherry water-ice. Goes into a bitter-dry, acidic finish. Not very successful!

33cl bottle, BB Aug-11. Gusher, first a clear rosé, then a darker yeasty-like beer came gushing out.

Bottle, 33cl. Opened over the sink, as I expected, and got, a gusher. A big creamy, pink head sits on top of an unclear, candy-red body with heavy carbonation. Cute lacings occur. The aroma is sure fruity, with berry-like sourness (of course sourness can’t be smelled, but you know what I mean), milky-style sourness and something reminiscent of almond. It’s very effervescent in the mouth, medium bodied and quite dry, with flavors of fruity and lactic acid and cherries. Some bitterness towards the end. Overall, a quite decent one, but far from a favorite of mine, although it did good in the sun. 110618

Bottle at home with Lyoli. Hazy red pour with a voluminous, pink head. This bottle actually gushed a bit. Tart cherries and bready malts on the nose. Lightly sweet flavor, decent cherrie notes, some metal, bit of dough. Light to medium in body with lively carbonation. Crisp, faintly fruity finish, but a touch watery. Some mild earthiness adds a nice layer. Pretty alright.
