A pitch black colored beer, with a dark beige head. The aroma of some sweet dark malts with chocalte notes and dark fruits. The taste has some laurel with chocolate with hops, dark malts and alcohol in the back. The aftertaste of bitter hops with some sweetness.

Had this at Pre ZBF March 5th 2010 Pours dark dark brown with a touch of haze. This is soft in the mouth, with some woody, earthy stick flavours. Soft and creamy with a touch of liquorice, nice stuff. A7 A4 F7 P5 Ov14 3.7

Draught. High creamy light brown lasting head. Pitch black body. Roasted barley malt aroma with coffee liquorice and choccolat. Creamy coffee liquorice choccolate flavor with a nice hops bitterness. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste.

(draught) pours a pitch black colour with a dense creamy brown head. aroma of brown sugar and oak, char, coffee and caramel, quite sweet but nicely balanced. flavour is coffee and chocolate icing with a herbal hoppy finish and some strong notes of toasted malt. fittingly alcoholic body with smooth carbonation, very drinkable.

Had this one at the Pre-ZBF 2010. Pure black colored brew. Aroma is licorice, coffee, chocolate. Flavor is coffee, licorice, laural, some oak, wood and roasted tones. Very creamy and smooth, full bodied. Grea vrew.

Draught. Pitch black coloured. Dense brown head. Sweetness, roast, light coffee and chocolate. Flavour of coffee, sweetness, roast, chocolate and caramel. Smooth. Medium to full bodied. Sweet and chocolaty light roasty bitterness in the end.
