On tap at Copenhagen Beerfestival. It’s a hazy, yelloworange beer with a lasting, good-looking off-white head. Pale malts, citrus, some spice notes, hops and a touch of alcohol on the nose. Almost syrupy sweet flavor with fruits, some spices, grains and a slight sourness. Medium to full body, a bit on the warm side. Long finish with the flavors found initially and a nice bitterness. A nice one, but maybe too much. (090515)

From tap@Københavnske Øldage 2009. Low offwhite head. Cloudy, grey-shaded yellow color. Yeasty smell with citrus and spice notes. Flavor is sweet. Some fruitiness, some spices, and a distinct alcohol warmth. Chewy mouthfeel. Well-bodied. Citric bitterness in the finish.

Tap @ Ølfestival, Valby, 2009.
Pours deep muddy yellow with a nice, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma is dry, sweet, flowers, some ginger and fair pepper. Good creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has some elderberries, earthiness and sweet maltiness. A bit grainy and too high in alcohol with too little pepper character. But still quite drinkable.
