Stronger version of a Baltic Porter. Comparable with an Imperial Stout but without the heavily roasted malt character. This created a soft beer with strong hops in the finish.

Everybody else seemed to be drinking something good so I thought Id join in. And this is good. Very good. Dont know who Esra was but shes got a cracker named after her. Dark, smooth, packing a big taste but hides the 11% well. Very Baltic.

Deep black-brown body, thin pale brown head, spotty lacing. Dark fruits, roast, dark chocolate, caramel, perhaps showing early signs of infection. Medium bodied, smooth carbonation, mild acidity, a bit thin in the finish, mild bitterness. 05/04/2012 batch.

Bottle. Pours very dark brow, with dim red hue glowing through. Small brown head is there to stay. Forever. Smack of fresh hops in a face is always nice. Only for chocolate, deep roast, coffee and faint hints of alcohol to follow. Deep, mouth filling roast, chocolaty sweetness, smooth maltyness in flavor makes this beer pure enjoyment to drink. Another one please!

Pours a very dark brown/black with huge light brown head that quickly dissipates and forms a small ring around the glass. Aromas of toast, caramel, toffee, dark fruit, licorice, malty sweetness, and some dark coco. Flavours of rich malty sweetness, dark fruits, roasted malts, nutty, toffee, caramel, hint of coffee bitterness, licorice and some light alcohol.
