4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A black beer with a beautiful, medium and brown head. Aroma is rich and pleasant, roastiness and coffee are dominant at first, also malty sweetness, chocolate and hint of fruits after deeper analysis. Taste is intensive, lots of roastiness, that are balanced with sweetness, black coffee, long and drying aftertaste with herbal bitterness. Full bodied, low carbonation, quite soft and smooth to drink. Strongly roasted, still enjoyable and high-quality beer.

Strong coffee on the nose but with a big kick of hops in there as well. Taste is quite different with dark fruits and rich caramel smoothness. Metallic bitterness at the finish with a hint of smoke. A really refined porter.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Pours a very dark brown. No carbonation and no head what so ever. Aroma wise this beer is brillaint. Lots of coffee, milk chocolate and vanilla. A little alcohol as it warms. Super smooth. Really good. Flavours are initially very sweet with dark caramel, treacle and dark chocolate. Finish is quite bitter thanks to hops and roasted malt. Mouthfeel is thick and oily. Great beer
