Bottle, 7.7% at LCRBM08. Good roasted aroma, slightly creamy. Very nice creamy, malty and nutty, as if nuts were added. Pleasant carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a dark brown with soft reddish tint, head is thin beige. Aroma is smokey, peat, and malt. Taste is smokey, coffee, dark chocolate. Finish lingers on the taste bud as dry and malt. I really enjoy beers like this.

bottle, 2008 vintage, pours a beautiful amber with a tall frothy light tan head. Cinnamon, brown sugar, and raisins mixed with a peat note, very pleasant nose. Light bodied biscuit and toasted malt flavors that have a mild sweet and sour character that ends with a smoke flavor that is more on the mild side. A very drinkable bock with interesting flavors and a solid finish.

Bottle 33 cl, as Borefts turf bock2008. Pours a cloudy dark brown with a big yellowish head and a sourish aroma with notes of hops and malts. The taste is a bit sour too, with notes of caramel, smoke, sweetish roasted malts. A very nice spicy and bitter finish. Highly recommended.
