Pours a huge rocky off- white head that mostly lasts and gives excellent lacing. Body is hazy and yellow to amber. Aroma contains malts (cookie, caramel), hops (forest fruits, lemon, orange), grape, cherry, raisin and plum. Flavor starts with light acidity, to be followed by light bitterness and sweetness. Finish is astringent, bitter and very, very long. Palate is medium, with a creamy texture and soft carbonation. This is a good beer, well balanced, but IPA is not my thing, or at least not yet since this is my first. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPad

Pours a clear amber colour with a big frothy tan head. Aroma is of strong citrus fruits with a slight caramel malt scent. Taste is citrus sweet with a noticeable bitterness after the sip. Lighter body, well carbonated and thin of the palate. Nice but not exceptional IPA.

Star fruit, lemon, marshmallow peeps, boiled cabbage, and okra nose. Cloudy gold, enormous yellow head. Grassy boiled cabbage. Finishes ashy. Pretty freaking awful. Bottled on 12/21/10. Obviously well past its prime.

Lots of foam, aromas of citrus and hops, very hoppy taste, too much carbonaition. Not my favourite IPA.

Tasted from the bottle @home on 19/10/2012. Pours of lovely golden color with huge amazingly white foam. Aroma is absolutely gourgeous, fresh citrus&piny notes, slightly sweet, grapefruit tones. Taste goes the same, high carb, with solid bitterness in aftertaste. Slightly over carbonated, everything else is exceptional. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours pale amber with a large head. Massive lychee hit in the aroma. Pretty much dominates. Graduall fades to let some peach and papaya through along with some spicy phenols and sweet, biscuity malt. Biscuity and bready malt first up as flavours with a bold grapefruit and pine hop hit after. Some booze and Belgian phenols following, tripel-style. Too much carbonation.

Probably not as fresh as it could be in its best. I imagine it came over by boat and has been in stock at volos for a few months. A little musky maltiness, a little hops. Pretty good for IPA. I’d like to have it again in Europe. Pretty light carbonation. Some sweetness from the caramlized malt. Bottle.

Aromas to flowers and tropical fruits (pineapple, mango) with honey, very warmy and fragrant. Amber colour, cloudy aspect and a perfect white and solid head. The bitterness is dry, with citric peel and flowers. Really nice.

UPDATED: NOV 26, 2012 Pale golden, a bit muddy in color with white lasting top. High carbonation is obvious. Aroma is complex to me - some floral citrusy, sweetness, tones of rhubarb. Taste is start-up sweet that lengthen in bitter with minimal sour, astringent afterpath; not dry, lively cause of carbo level. Middle to full body. Overall - interesting IPA, very drinkable, very fresh but could be more hopped.

On tap at Cheval Blanc. The color is a hazy honey with a thin beige head. The aroma is of hops and a bit veggy. The taste also of hops plus herbs, fruits and a touch of malt.
