Aroma of tropical fruit, lots of mango and pineapple, quite sharp. Taste has bags of tropical fruit, bubblegum note in there. Some earthiness, hint of pepper. Awesome. Really enjoyed this.

Bottle at Post Office Vaults, Birmingham. Smells awesome - so fresh, clean and thinly sweet. Taste is irresistibly hoppy, especially on the sweet, juicy finish. Very fizzy, which adds dryness. In fact, by the bottom of the glass (into which the bottle was poured*) Iím convinced that the fizziness is taking away from the hop taste slightly. But still, itís really good. (*unnecessary elucidation.)

33cl bottle. Pours golden with a lazy bubble or two and a nice generous head. The nose has pine and grapefruit pith. The taste has lemon and grapefruit sorbet. The palate has a medium body, a thick, creamy texture and a nice zingy finish. Overall, itís like a Belgian (or Dutch) influenced IPA. Nice beer.

7/II/2012 33cl bottle from De Molen beer shop (Bodegraven) @ home - BB: n/a, bottled: 22/VI/11 (2012-112)

Clear amber to copper red beer, creamy yellowish head, bubbly, little adhesive. Aroma: sweet ripe fruits, peaches, syrup, honey, sweet malts. MF: too much carbon, light to medium body. Taste: fruity start, citrus, grapefruit, melon, honey. Aftertaste: still fruity, bitter, bit peppery, dry finish with bitter ending.

"Cooked vegetables and burnt toast" was the description my wife gave of the aroma. I just think itís a tasty beverage! A nicely (relatively) mellow ipa. More like smoldering embers than fire and flame, but in a very comforting way.

Dark yellowish colour, hazy liquid with off-white head. Pours with lots of crust, intersting looks. Aroma is very complex with some hays, herbs, grass, citruses, fruits (like apple), hops. Very intensive and satisfying fragrances. Taste is bitter, real IPA. Very, very good beer.

On tap at Bishops Arms, Karlstad. Pours a slightly hazy orange color with large white head, som lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, orange and some slight caramel. Flavour is fruity and hoppy with citrus, grapefruit, mandarines and orange whith a light caramely malt base. Balanced bitterness in the finish. Mediumbodied with lively carbonation. UPDATED: DEC 22, 2012 33cl bottle. Pours deep orange with big white head. Lots of tropical fruit on the nose, plenty of pineapple, orange & grapefruit; woody, resinous aromas too. Taste is again full of tropical hops - pineapple and grapefruit again with brilliant bitterness from the galena hop - a real lip smacker. Slight peppery note near the finish. Smooth, light caramel and biscuit malt backbone is there, but the significant hopping does overpower, which is fine by me! Beautiful IPA - a new favourite of mine.

Bottle at Urban Deli, Stockholm, Sweden. Great balanced IPA. Pours a golden, amber, with a thick white foam that leaves a lot of lacing. Well balanced taste!
