3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled at the Day After Thanksgiving Tasting 2011. Tasted like a belgian pale ale. Fruity esters, and big carbonation. Might be better fresh?

Currently drinking this brew as I am typing this. Upon pouring, you are hit by a massive aroma of caramel, citrus and fruity hops which really blew me away. A nice golden brown colour with a murky middle, topped by a reasonable head of a nearly white colour. The taste is full of hop and some subtle caramel malts with a gentle bitter after taste which then slows into a floral hoppy flavour that takes over again.
A very nice IPA (personally my favourite) which I sure recommended to anyone!

Beautifully dark golden with good white head and lacing. Bags of orange, honey, floral sweetness and caramel. Tangerine, hoppy bitterness, caramel, honey, pepper in equal measure on the palate. Really good but I don’t exect anything else from De Molen. Quality brewers

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Interesting IPA, light in color and drinkable at 6.2, but still with all the hopped character you would want. This is as close to a session IPA I’ve tasted. Nearly perfect.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
27/03/2011 Mad For Beer (tap).

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. #199. It poured a rich amber color with a dark head. The aroma was of grapefruit and summer fruit. The flavor was of malt and earth with summer fruit and pine. A very good IPA.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
33 cl bottle, young. Color is amber. White head, but not much. Smells of caramel malt, sweet, lots of hops, resin, citrus, all nicely balanced. Retronasal it’s a bit harsher, not much maltiness, but hopbitterness instead. Flavor is medium bitter with a bit of malty sweetness. Medium bodied. Nice bitter finish.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Toh beccato una che fanno loro. Perň non mi ha dato una grande idea, molto appiccicosa, Naso cavolfioresco; e percezione alcolica troppo elevata.
