Bottle 33cl. @ RBESG 09 Grand Tasting @ [ The Harlequin, Sheffield, England. ]
Unclear hazy medium to dark grey yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, perfume, modrate to heavy yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a average to long duration. To much yeast both in aroma and flavor IMO. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Cloudy beige beer. Thick white head which is creamy and light. The beer is also light and frothy. Light creamy malt and a little dry. Soft spritzy hops but not that bitter or full on. Finishes soft and semi dry. A lovely light and tasty beer that delights with it’s subtle charms.

Hazy light amber color. The aroma is hoppy, quite grassy, fruity (grapefruit, passion fruit...). The body is not strong, the flavor has caramel and toffee, dry and creamy, with strong bitterness, very fruity and quite resiny. Very good, modern, IPA.

Cloudy amber color, small creamy head, beautiful lacing. The aroma is mild, cheesy stinky, with light hops. The mouthfeel is soft, the carbonation attenuated, the flavor is a bit earthy and dusty, with light malt, some more caramel and toffee, residual sugars, and strong hopping, partially fruity and resiny. More chaotic than the Mikkeller Cream Ale I just had, but equally pleasant.
