Bottle 33cl. @ RBESG 09 Grand Tasting @ [ The Harlequin, Sheffield, England. ]
Unclear hazy medium to dark grey yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to heavy hoppy, perfume, modrate to heavy yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and heavy bitter with a average to long duration. To much yeast both in aroma and flavor IMO. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090719]

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrus and lemon. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and lots of hops - grapefruit and grass, leading to a dry, bitter, and spicy finish.

UPDATED: OCT 20, 2010 Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours slightly hazy deep golden with a dense off-white head. Very citrusy and peachy nose. Medium body, dominated by dry, citric fruits. Mouthdryingly dry, tired mouthfeel, peachy and citrusy hops. Needs some residual sweetness for balance. This is too dry. 010410

Hazy light amber color. The aroma is hoppy, quite grassy, fruity (grapefruit, passion fruit...). The body is not strong, the flavor has caramel and toffee, dry and creamy, with strong bitterness, very fruity and quite resiny. Very good, modern, IPA.

2010-01-30, cask at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö, 6-5-7-4-13=35
Cloudy amber color, small creamy head, beautiful lacing. The aroma is mild, cheesy stinky, with light hops. The mouthfeel is soft, the carbonation attenuated, the flavor is a bit earthy and dusty, with light malt, some more caramel and toffee, residual sugars, and strong hopping, partially fruity and resiny. More chaotic than the Mikkeller Cream Ale I just had, but equally pleasant.

Cloudy beige beer. Thick white head which is creamy and light. The beer is also light and frothy. Light creamy malt and a little dry. Soft spritzy hops but not that bitter or full on. Finishes soft and semi dry. A lovely light and tasty beer that delights with it’s subtle charms.
