Aromas to flowers and tropical fruits (pineapple, mango) with honey, very warmy and fragrant. Amber colour, cloudy aspect and a perfect white and solid head. The bitterness is dry, with citric peel and flowers. Really nice.

UPDATED: OCT 8, 2015 Relative clear copper colour (EBC 20) with a light poring fluffy white head with beautiful lacings. Aromas of subtle mango, some ripe oranges, some herbal notes retronasaly, lightly floral and grassy. All well harmonic offering a swift fine perlage and light silky smooth texture and a medium body. Brief sweetness keeps the hop bitterness well in check, very well balanced considering how many different hops were used. Finish lasts for a good momentum.

Caña en Cimmeria el 26-09-2015. (r737).

Maker: Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, The Netherlands *** Beer: De Molen Vuur & Vlam (bottled, unfiltered, 330ml) *** Style: India Pale Ale *** ALC.VOL.: 6.2% *** Colour: Deep amber, slightly hazy, with a medium, fluffy off-white head. *** Nose: Tropical fruit, pine, herbs, tangy orange. *** Texture: Medium body, hardly watery. Active carbonation. *** Taste: Pinewood is strong at the start, plus oranges, intense herbs, resin. Liquid northern forests, so to speak. Fruit recedes towards the middle, mostly pine, bitter hops and some resin now. Finish is bitter pine, resin, a lemony note, a hint of caramel. After taste mostly pine, lemon. *** Impressions: If you ever wondered what it was like to drink a tree, this is your chance to try. Pinewood, resin very dominant in this brew, though a pleasantly fruity note prevents it from being "all wood". APA lovers will, well, love it.

Pale yellow/orange colour. Aroma has massive citrus, lime, passionfruit and peach. Almost a floral quality to it. Flavour is very fruity, reminds me of peach. Then i get plenty of lemonpeel, passionfruit, dry bread and caramel before it finishes pretty nicely with a good bitterness. Quite nice, this.
