Thanks to nbutler11. Bottle pours brown/amber with a khaki head. Aroma is sweet, showing plenty of caramel, light to moderate roast, vanilla, bourbon, and maple. Flavor shows basically the same with an added dried fruit quality that wasn’t quite present in the nose. Overall body is moderate and the alc is hidden extremely well considering the 16%. Now I know why the bottle is so small.

2/24/12. Small bottle shared by bu11zeye at RBWG 2012. Hazy amber pour with a small khaki head. Really sweet, musty aroma with a huge, sweet, almost cherry like flavor... the 16% is definitely hidden. Snap.

18 cl. bottle in to a snifter. 2010 vintage, bottle # 1591.Clear, dark red colour with no head at all. Very powerful aroma, the room is filled with the scent from the beer. Lots of stuff in this one: Dark, sweet dried fruits, matured blue cheese, bourbon, thick brown syrup, caramel, alcohol and to my big surprise: Teriyaki sauce. Taste is light sweet. Full body with a thick texture, no carbonation at all. Long lasting finish with lots of the aroma components and a slight alcohol burn on the palate. Really unusual beer.

A little hazy brown colored beer with a small foamy beigehead. The aroma of a little roasted malts, some caramel, vanilla and wood. The taste of bourbon, wood, sweet of strong fruit, with in the back some bitter and alcohol. The aftertaste is sweet, a little bitter, vanilla with some burny alcohol.

Bottle, at The Summer Beer Festival thing in Rome ran by Alex from 4:20. Damn this aroma has huge knackers, sweet, very cakey, big on the oak flavours. Flavour has more wood but tons of cake! How can you not like cake? Dark fruits, yet more cake.
