On tap at Ølfestival 2011. It’s a murky brown beer with a dense, small, beige head. Roasted, almost vinegarish aroma with some chocolate and lemony notes. Roasted flavor with some brett. A touch of something resembling, but probably isn’t, alcohol in the flavor. Sweetish, yet rather dry. A nice bitterness towards the end. Slightly sourish too. Full body. A rather unusual blend of hopped porter and brett, but I like it. 110527

Bottled @ Wildeman. The aroma is fruity and very Orval like, yeasty, some roast. Cloudy, dark brown-black coloured beer with an off-white huge big head. In fact there is only head, no body. Like HTML with only a title... Sure this one is wild. The taste is light sourish, light sweet and has fruity yeast, caramel, some coffee. Medium bodied, but heavy on your stomach. Tastes good btw. ;)

Mental note: can be a major gusher, so keep a pitcher ready. Dark brown, black colored brew with a huge head. Mix of sourness, yeast and roasted malts in the aroma. Flavor has roasted malts, some coffee and Brett yeast, light sour, some sweetness. Interesting brew for a superb pub In De Wildeman, Amsterdam.
