2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Clear yellow colour, thin head. Aroma is quite sweet a bit like cake dough. Carbonation is soft. There’s a hint of lemongrass and a sweet, lasting aftertaste.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle 330 ml labeled as Borefts Wit & Waarachtig. I think I got this in a beer/cheese/mustard package. Into a tumbler. ABV 4.5%
Pours a quite clear beer, deep golden yellow. One finger of froathy head on top, with average retention, leaving light lacing on the glass and a thin film of foam covering the beer’s surface.
Not much on the aroma field, especially considering it is brewed with lemongrass. Really weak.
The taste has more in it. Some wheat, yeast, and a tiny little bit of the lemongrass. At least has a faint bitterness.
Thin on the body, low carbonation.
I don’t know, maybe I have drunk this paired with the chees and the mustard in the packet? Boring and sub par.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draught at De Molen. Hazy yellow with a full white head. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Citrus, lemongrass, fruit and spices. Sweet with a dry hoppy bitter finish. Not your regular white beer.

2.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Expected more from a De Molen interpretation of a Belgian white. Too low carbonation. Taste is a bit watery with some grassy and orange peel flavors. Nicely bitter but also a bit medicinal.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at De Molen. Poured a cloudy light amber with a frothy white head. The aroma is very weak yeast. The flavour is very weak bitter with malt, some weak citrus fruit and wheat on the watery but refreshing palate. A tasty enough beer and rather unusual which I found incredibly hard to rate!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy golden colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty aroma with a touch of lemon. Taste is wheaty, minimally strawy, slightly earthy herbal; flat carbonation. Neither refreshing, nor lively, nor typically or otherwise adequately spiced - dissapointing.
