75cl bottle, bottled on 25/8/2011 Dorée, col blanc. Arôme de levure renfermé, citronnelle, épice léger, blé et un houblon fleuri. En bouche, fruitée, avec un profile citronnelle sympa, note légère de coriandre, palais est sec avec un houblon fleuri. Le profile citronnée reste en avant avec un fini carapils et froment. Levure donne un profile belge, le tout fini sur une pointe amer et fruitée. Le profile de la citronnelle donne une dimension bien fraîche.

Bottle from De Molen. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma of citrus, wheat, yeast, coriander. Flowery taste with wheat, citrus, coriander. Spicy bittersweet finish. Nice.

Hazy orange body, white head. Aroma of fruityoghurt and wheaty malt. Fruity bitterness, well more bitterness than your usual wit.

Draught at De Molen, Bodegraven, the Netherlands.
Hazy orange colour with average size white head. Wheat, yeast, fruity hops, mild bitterness, coriander and spices in aroma. Wheat, yeast, mild bitter hops and some alcohol in flavour. Soft carbonation. Not very balanced.

Drought only @ De Molen. Aroma is very fruity, spicy, and with wheat and very fresh floral hops. Flavor is fruity bitter and spicy. Nice brew.

Corked bottle. Golden color. Coreander and sereh in the aroma. Wheaty sweet flavor with very strong coreander and sereh notes. Some subdued hop character in the aftertaste but the spices dominate. Too much.

Draft @ De molen. Aroma is spices, medium malt note, hint of sereh. Flavour is hoppy wheat with a subtle malt note and some herbs/spices. Nice and fresh witbier.
