Bottle. Pours a golden yellow color with a frothy white head. Aroma is of smoked meat, like pork, sausage and salami, with some light citrus fruity notes in there too and herbal notes. The flavor is again filled with smoke with notes of smoked pork, sausages and salami along with campfire, the citrus fruit notes and herbal notes. The body is medium with a dry motuhfeel and a ton of carbonation. Overall a solid brew, but rather peculiar.

Hazy amber coloured beer with small white head and no carbonation. Smoked ham aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is smokey bitter, rather strong smoked taste ending dry.

Bottle. A big, off-white head sits on top of a slightly unclear, golden body. Some lacing. The aroma is smoked, with fruity hops and some malts. The flavor is citrusy sour with some smoke notes. Fruity too. Medium body, a bit heavy on carbonation. Overall, a decent beer, but not the kind of smoked beer I prefer. 110827

Clear golden with a big, frothy, white head. Good duration. Aroma is citric, smoked, fresh, malty, caramel. Medium carbonation, fair dryish and light creamy mouthfeel. Flavour is smoked, citric sharp, mild toasted caramel. Very dry and bitter finish. Surprisingly low on the smokiness, but high on sugary sweetness and high on hoppy bitterness. Frankly it feels like a smoked IPA. Very weird and unbalanced, but still somehow doable.
