Boiled for 20 hours to create an umami flavour. Umami is the fifth basic taste next to sweet, sour, salty and bitter. By doing so we have now a beer that’s very thick and oily with loads of roasted malts.

Draught at Copenhagen Beer Festival. Very black, brown head. Concentrated hoppy licorice aroma. Dryish dense and full bodied with soft mouthfeel. There’s tobacco and salty licorice, reminiscent of a well aged good baltic porter, such as very old Limfjords Porter. Lovely concentrated flavours that never gets aggressive. Great stuff!
