4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Multiple bottles & superfresh draft. Aroma is fruity hops, loads of citrus, faint bready malt note. Flavour is again citrussy hops, very big but only medium bitter, nice malt note. Good on bottle, but superb fresh from draft.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tasted from the bottle, on 26/01/2013.
Pours of lovely pure amber color, with a big rocky and steady head.
Aroma is sweet and citrusy upfront, then slightly herbal.
Taste follows the same direction, but even more intense - citrus, floral and apricot tones dominate.
Mouthfeel is high carb, full bodied.
Aftertaste is malty&fruity sweet, hoppy bitter, with a distinct alcohol warming lingering in the end.

750ml bottle from the Rare Beer Club. Big gusher pour, huge bottle-conditioned rush on a deep golden body with massive sticky carbonation. Nose is pretty massive, with loads of fruity hops and a huge dry finish. Itís the latter that really makes the beer a winner, such a deliciously dry contrast to the pert fruitiness elsewhere. Shame that itís so dear, as itíd be a real treat to lay this one in for sessions. But still a really terrific brew.
