UPDATED: NOV 30, 2014 33cl bottle from "Cerveteca" bar in Lisbon. Pour is pale yellow with a very cloudy appearance and a large white head, just like a wheat beer. Aroma is citrus lemon, white wine and a little bit of yeast. It has a lemony and a sour taste, with an yeasty presence at the end. It is moderately carbonated with a medium light body and a dry finish. Although complex in nature, it is very refreshing and has a high drinkability. Not really my type of beer and wouldn’t buy it again, but I understand its quality.

(Bottled May 28th, 2013) Opaque orange with a small, firm but quickly fading head. Aroma of pale-grainy malt and herby hops, with an orangey twist. Flavor is orange-fruity and sweetish with brett sourness, some herby hops, but low bitterness. Medium body, quite refreshing but could have more CO2. The wild yeasts feel a bit artificial and the beer is nearly flat after pouring. Other than that, this is a reasonable saison attempt. 5355

Aroma forte de especiarias e damasco. Aparência pálida parecida com wheat beer. Sabor viscoso, grãos, especiarias. No paladar deixa resquícios de tempero, folhas de louro. Diferente. Não compraria de novo. Clube do Malte.

large frothy white head. excellent lacing. mostly dimisnihg. sparkling hazy thick dark yellow body. aroma: citrus lemon, white wine, vinegar. if: light sweet bitter moderate acidic. f: moderate acidic light bitter; long duration. palate: light medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation, moderate astringent finish. Se encaixa no estilo, mas diferenciada. Menor dulçor que a media, sem presença de maçã e bem mais ácida, quase puxando para uma gueuze, mas sem ser azeda. O dulçor lembra mel e vinho branco. Cerveja complexa, indicada pra quem tem milhagem.140 s

Bottle split at the Manny G tasting, from the De Molen store, 28/06/14. Hazed golden yellow - pineapple juice colour with a good sized off white head. Nose is lemon rind, light soap, earthy, straw, a little muted. Taste comprises lemon peel, straw, light spice, bitter citric peel, tarte mandarin, grassy vibes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a trace of soap. Simple saison, OK, a touch soapy also which drags my score down a little.

Light sweet flavor with tangy lemon, oily hay, citrus rind. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Tangy finish, citrusy, lightly sweet, a bit oily, some husky bitterness, more hay. OK.
