Light unclear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy and speaking, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate yeasty, rubber, fruity, yeast, perfume notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, thin yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20120218]

Bottle, 6%. Good refreshing aroma, mildly citric, even Bretty. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour has a lot of clove and some coriander. Rather sweet, but also with a bit of rough maltiness. Tastes well-spiced,even though it is not, but the base beer seems a bit unpolished.

Bottled. A pale golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, bananas, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of soap, malt, dusty hops, and fruits, leading to a dry finish. A bit odd.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a dense, white two-finger head over a more or less clear, golden body. Nice lacings. The aroma is more on the Belgian side of the border, than on the German, with some cellar, generic fruityness, sweetish notes and a touch of hops. Not very pleasant at first, but it helps with some aeration. The flavor has sweetness, pale malts, fruityness and a light clove touch, leading into a bitter finish. Medium body, quite effervescent. A decent one, nothing extraordinary. 120218
