Orange, amber color with a decent white head. Superfruity aromas, with hints of lemon peel, honey and fresh cut grass. Has a mild beginning, due to soft, bready malts, with an uprising bitterness, defined by ripe fruits, mango and grapefruit. Lemony impression gets pointed out very well by the lively carbonation, leading to a fizzy, almost lemonade-like character. After that, sweeter malts get detectable and act as the counterpart of the lemony bitterness, creating an exellent balance. Results in a pleasantly bitter, coppery finish.

Bottle from biernavigatie.nl. Pours beautiful orange with medium white head. Aroma is flowers and oranges. Taste is grass, flowers and citrus fruit. A bit watery. Intensify the flavors a bit and you’ve got a winner.

Bottle in Hemelvaart Bier Cafe. Golden with a white head. Quite a lot of suspended particles. A touch of sweetness at first. Lots of lemon citrus with a hint of underlying caramel. Some yeast notes too. Very bitter finish. Pretty good.

Oranje goudkleur met dikke witte schuimkraag. Ruikt lekker, harde scherpe hopgeur. Smaakt prima, niet heel bijzonder. Goede IPA.

Bottle from Mitra Tiel. Bottling date 7/2013, so not exactly fresh. Hazy orange coloured, with an off-white head. Nose is citric, malty, sweet, not overly hoppy. Flavour is malty, citric, fairly bitter, a bit astringent, later a bit fruity. Medium carbonation. Finish is fairly bitter. Decent, but not overwhelming.
