Bottled, 1994 vintage. Hazy golden. Citric acid up front. Lively sparkling mouthfeel. The flavour is so concentrated, like fresh lemon juice, but lightly sparkling. Intense and refreshing. Damn, this was good...

Bottle, 1995 Vintage. Very nice, and very well balanced gueuze. Not quite as hardcore as something like Cantillon, but i still think this ones up there. Juicy, sour, smelly, puckering, refreshing. What else could you really want? Not overly complex, just very well balanced.

37,5cl bottle. Vintage BB 1999. Bottle purchased at De Heeren Van liedekercke. Ohh Bwoy! Pours unclear orange with no head on top. Nose is sour with notes of wood, dust, cellar, barnyard & leather. Flat carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel. Perfectly aged. Lovely sour bite. Dry, lemony brett-ish and crisp. This brings me back to Belgium and De heeren inparticular. Also a reason why I am going back there the next time im leaving my country. Shit . . This is great!
