(Bottle 25 cl) More orange than red, small bubbly head. Dry, tart with only a hint of sweetness. No real cherry-aroma. On a hot summer’s day you find nothing more quenching than a dry kriek. 060795

[Vintage 1997 - sampled 2004] A cognac colored beer with no head. The aroma is sweet with notes of alcohol and fruit, especially peach. The flavor is dusty sweet with alcohol running over the tongue. In my opinion a little over the top.

1997 vintage: Orangey-red colour. Woody, slightly marzipan-like aroma. Somewhat acetic. Sweet & sour, mainly with cherries and some sugary, marshmallowy notes. Sweet and sour finish.
