Pours clear, lightly hazy red with a small, creamy, pink film head. Aroma is sweet, almonds, cherries and a little malts. Highish carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly tart, good cherries, soft sweetness, light sugary. Okay dry finish.

Oct 24, 2009 Bottle at Arendsnest. Dark red body with pinkish head. Overpowering nose of Cherry. Sweet cherry taste. Actually quite decent as cherry and sweets are well toned down. Okay.
bierkoning (5989), La Tropica, Netherlands
Apr 29, 2008 Bottle. Pinkish red color. Hint of cherry juice and yeast in the aroma. Sourish cherry juice flavor with bubblegum and lemon. Sugary sweet with just a touch of sourness. Inoffensive fruit beer.
