bleek gouden, helder met schuimig witte kraag
aroma: beperkt, gerst, spelt, citrus.
smaken: gerst, spelt, stevig kruidig, koriander.
licht/medium body, dun, te hoog co2, medium zoet, licht/medium zwaar, stevig.
indruk: de spelt in het bier smaakr prima, jammer van het beperkte aroma, en te hoge co2.

Bottle shared. Pours hazy yellow golden with a thick white head. Aroma of yeast, fruit. Flavour is light sweet and moderate bitter with a little alcohol in the finish. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Thanks bierkoning! Clear golden color, huge cloudy white head. Yeasty-fruityness, hayish hops and sweetish alcohol in the nose. Medium-bodied, crisp carbonation. Fruity flavor, sweet and warming alcohol. Light pepper. Close to classic tripels but with powerful alcohol. Huisbrouwerij is certainly good as their dubbel was tasty too, but it wouldn’t suprise to hear that these are De Proef products.

Gedronken op het oirschots bierfestival, geel helder van kleur. Smaakt en ruikt bitter.

UPDATED: JUN 11, 2012 Had this at Cafe ’t Pothuiske Maastricht, Holland, Wednesday 6th June 2012 Busy carbonation, warm gold with a white frothy head. Decent Tripel nice warmth from alcohol and a little vanilla in the bite, creamy with a light spiciness. Enjoyable, in fact my only one issue was that the alcohol was just a little too prominent. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 3.6

Draught @ OSF’12: Medium white head, disappears quick on top of a clear yellow colored beer (wtf?) Smell malts, grains, soap, light sharp, hops, some light barley grain sweetness. Taste is soft and a creamy and light crispy funky mix of some grains like sweeter barleys and wheat, malts, some fruity, floral hops, citrus, apple brandy. Nice brew Aftertaste is grainy, light dry and a light fruity mlty bitter sweetness. Medium carbo, soft light tingly mouthfeel, good medium body and a light creamy texture.

Clear blond beer, aery white head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: banana, lots of sugar, bit hoppy, dry. MF: lots of carbon, light to medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, sugary start, fruity, bit of banana, grassy bitter hops, but very faint. Aftertaste: sugary, grassy hops, little bitter. Alcohol warming the back of the throat. Not very complex.

[ Trade by joes ]. Clear medium to dark orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, moderate yeasty, spicy, fruity, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sharp, yeasty, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy. [20120317]

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a large egg white head. Yeasty and fruity nose and flavor with a bit of alcohol. Full bodied. Warming . .

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear golden with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and yeast. Flavour is malt, high carbonation, fruit, yeast, spices and medium sweet.
