Draught Very pale, hazy yellow beer with a fluffy white head. Pale malts, yeastesters & dry spices, including coriander, I get. Dry, coriander, fake citrus, spice-polished and ricewater. Dry, highly attenuated, bit sticky in the finish all the same. Definitely not my taste. The spice - but as it happens, it’s not coriander, it’s some form of cumin.

Draught @ Bierbeleving Oss. Lightly hazy orange color, small off-white head. Smell malts, some spice (cumin probably?). Tastes about the same: malts, some herbs or spices, so I guess cumin again, a bit sweet with a medium dry finish. Low to medium carbo, low to medium body.

Gusher. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, floral hops, peppery yeast. Sweet malt flavour, some hops, some yeast. Sweet, light bitter finish. Decent tripel.

Bottle @ DRBM. A hazy yellow/golden colored beer, with a thick foamy white ehad. The aroma of malts and fresh fruits. The taste of sweet fruits with bitter, spices in the back. The aftertaste is bitter with some sweet.

Yellow hazy body with white head. Sweet fruity aroma - typical of a tripel and not that bad really. Taste is average light sweet with quite high carbonation. Decent and probably best of the brewer. (BRbM 2011)

75cl Bottle at DRBM. Hazy golden colour, white head. It’s a decent fruity and spicy tripel, nothing more, nothing less.

Bottle @ drbm. Aroma is slight sour fruit, touch of malt. Flavour is dry fruityness, with a touch of malt. Okay.

Bottle at UDRBM. Gusher. Hazy yellow pour, thick white head. Aroma is fruity hops, spicy malts. Flavor is bitter hoppy and spicy sweet malts. Decent tripel.

Bottle at DHL fest. Hazy golden color, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma of black pepper, licorice. Taste has bitter herbs and roots, little sweetness. Unusual and interesting tripel.

Hazy light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, citrus, citrus peel, moderate yeasty, sour, brett notes ! Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110305]

Draught @ ZBF 2011. Light yellow coloured. Unclear. Off white head. Aroma of yeast, light spice, sweetness and fruits. Flavour of yeast, spice, caramel and some sweetness. Medium bodied. Yeasty and sweet end.
