3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Gusher, very fast, but managed to catch it with the glass. Huge
offwhite head. Clear amber body with strong carbonation. Mealy
papery honey aroma, kind of slack and faint, with spicy linoleum
notes. Dry-sweet peppery honey and caramel taste with roasty
spicy notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Mild, dryish
fruity candy and honey aftertaste with spicy mealy notes. Nice,
even if very soft and low on bitterness, and kind of subtly
understated. Very harmonic and easy to drink. (0.33l bottle,
from de Bierkoning, Amsterdam.)

Standard lentebock, sweet, malty and mildly bitter. Not very special, but just nice.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, orangey dark golden to amber colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Expressionless grainy aroma, a touch of honey. Taste is minimally sweet malty, a touch of honey, bitter hoppy overtones which predominate the finish. Leaves the impression that it would have been better if drunk fresh.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Stubby bottle, 330 ml, at home. ABV 6.6%
Very deep orange colour on the body, hazy, with some big chunks floating in the body. Big off-white head in my tulip glass, almost three fingers tall with good retention and especially after it collapsed and half finger was left. No lacing on the glass.
Nice aroma, fruity and appealing, with light caramel notes.
Taste is slighty bitter, a bit malty but quite hoppy too.
Medium thickness on the body, soft carbonation.
Overall a nice spring beer

A great beer, brewed by de Prael.
Very sweet with a caramel taste.
Great to drink in the spring to taste the long/bitter finish.

3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
First of all opens as a fontaine, so much foam and more foam all over. Big light beige head, with a clear orange color body. Aroma of light malts and hops. Flavors of nice light flowery hops and malts, light honey. Not bad and enjoyble taste. Light and refreshing. Nice.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from ABC Beers, Den Haag. Poured a hazy medium amber with a thick frothy white head. The aroma is of malt and banana. The flavour is medium to weak bitter with plenty of malt and not too much else. The bitterness hits the palate and stays around in the aftertaste. A drinkable beer, but no classic.
