Cask @ In De Wildeman. Amber color, slightly hazy. No head. Aroma’s: vegetables, red fruit, retronasal it’s sweet, red fruit, (oak) wood, a bit smoked and whisky-ish. Flavor is light sweet, a bit smoky, slightly acidic. Medium bodied. Finishes rather dry & bitter. OK, but not completely satisfying.
