After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained not much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thickpale and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a metal touch . This beer smells to coriander.

Nice looking belgian white beer from Amsterdam. The label says: "donít worry about tomorrow", and you donít have to when you drink this one in a nice atmosphere. Fruity snelle, bananas. Smooth taste. Refreshing. Much better than most in this style.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Hazy straw yellow body, massive foamy head which disappears quickly. Aroma is straw, coriander seeds, citrus and wheat. Taste is straw, citrus, hints of clove and white pepper. A pretty nice wit, all in all, for what itís worth. I gotta say I agree to the old saying "a wit is a wit is a wit"; they rarely stray from the path and more or less always end up in the middle of the road.
