(Draught at De Prael Proeflokal, Amsterdam, 31 July 2010) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, wheaty nose with apricots, citrus and hints of coriander. Fruity, wheaty taste with notes of white bread, apricots, citrus, coriander and a short, mild, lemony finish. Medium body, balanced sweetness. Quite nice witbier.

Bottle from the brewery store. Golden colour with a very "alive" foam, fast disappearing, though. Good lemony fruit aroma with just hints of spices. Lemons and orange fruit flavours. A bit hard carbonation. Interesting wit with some flaws.

Bottle. Cloudy orangey beer with a light fizzy head. The aroma is sour and citric, and the flavour is bitter, sour and citrically fruity. Overall an average sour, citric and bitter beer - in some ways lemon and barley like.

German wheat beer style. Nice crispy fresh. Like all beers from this brewery you need to pour the yeast in.

Bottle. Hazy orange yellow with a white head. Aromas are bubblegum, banana and wheat with soft spices. Mellow lemon with some light tropical fruit. Flavours are acidic citrus with some pineapple. Nearing vomit but not quite. Lots of carbonation with a dry finish. Average.

50 cl bottle. A mixture between german and belgian weiss/white. Light lemon and coriander smell. They better could have kept one style imo.

thirdeye11 (5772) - Dallas, Texas, USA - JUL 12, 2009
(50cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye) Pour is hazy yellow. Nose is funky, wet cardboard. Taste is too bitter, old, funky and spicy.

bu11zeye (12147) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - JUN 28, 2009
(50cl bottle, BB 03/11) Pours a cloudy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of wheat, mustiness, and sweaty feet. Flavor is dominated by wheat with light citrus and some coriander peaking through in the background. Finishes dry and lightly chalky.
