pivnizub (7229) - Bochum, Porúří, - SEP 5, 2010
Bottle: Pale golden coloured, lots of floaties visible, hazy, small white foam; fruity-estery and vinegar-like - almost crappy - nose with traces of hops; moderate dry bitter-sourish flavour, light bodied; traces of sweet-malt in the vinegar-like and bitter finish. Heavily infected, no doubt.....

On draught at brewery tasting room. Pours an opaque, dense sark straw color. Medium body with slightly sweet, wheat-like flavor. Labeled a kölsch on the chalkboard. Tangy mouthfeel, interesting hop flavor, almost spicylike. Different, okay.

Pours an opaque golden yellow with a thin white watery head. Aromas of grain and citrus. The taste of the grain is overly strong.
