330 ml bottle @ GreenWoods Keizersgracht, Amsterdam. Rated on 23.2.2013.
Pours a hazy orange amber colour with a white foamy head. Aroma of citrus, grains and strong grassy notes. Flavour of strong grassy hops, yeast, grains, dried fruits and citrusy tanginess. Medium bodied, high carbonation and a bitter fruity finish. A rather fresh bottle it seems and truly a good beer.

From a 33cl bottle, bought in KL. Pours a nice hazy orange color body with a nice off-white head. Aroma of light malts and hops. Flavors are supprisingly nicly ballanced, great taste of hops and malts, hints of honey and hay. Nice soft bitterness, with long last taste in mouth. This might be the best De Prael brew i’ve had. Really enjoyed, and would buy more.

Non male questa tedesca in versione orange. Colore dorato leggermente torbo, mentre al naso è davvero un bel floreale davvero invitante. In bocca è molto dissetante, e decisamente maltosa.

Keg at Earl of Essex, Islington. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a white head. Aroma is light, a little sweet and doughy. Light body, medium carbonation. Sweet with honey, sponge cake, a hint of orange and lemon and a pleasant bitterness. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap @ Prael Proeflokaal (but I had this many times in the past). hazy dark yellow color. White head, not much. Aroma’s: sweet malts, toasted, hops, some fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, toasted, light bitter. Light to medium bodied. Delicate bitter finish. I do think that the next time it might be tasting quite different...

(bottle) Hazy, orange-golden colour with a big, slightly eggshell-coloured foamy head. Yeasty, slightly sweet, slightly wheaty malt aroma with a zesty citrusy and spicy touch. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied with a pleasantly smooth carbonation. Yeasty, moderately wheaty malty taste with an orange/citrus peel fruit-character and a distinctive phenolic spice that lingers into the moderately dry, bitter and slightly sweet finish. I just saw that someone has changed the style into Zwickel-/Keller-/Landbier, which is not correct imo. When the brewer calls this one a “Kölsch-type beer”, why don’t we just set it as a Kölsch (or at least as a Belgian Ale) ?

Bottle. Vibrant yellowy beer with a strong white head. The aroma is lightly bitter and sour fruits, and the flavour is dry with a bitter finish and some sweet notes. Overall a refreshing and bitter beer, with only a hint of fruity sweetness.
