Draft@brewpub. Hazy orange color, white head. Sweet malty, slight hop aroma. Slight bitter flavor, yeasty esters. Sweet alcoholic base. Very nice, full bodied beer. Great brew by this brewery.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Thanks to bierkoning for that one. Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass brownish, nice head. Nasty aroma. Starts strong, malty, a bit alcoholic. Quite sourish with fruity notes of peaches. Tastes better than it smells, but nothing special.

Very fine brown ale. Nice balance with the alcohol and the caramel/ hay/ coffee flavor. Goes very fine with a winter dish.

Hazy dark yellow / orange with slowly dissapearing redish foam head. Aroma is string, barley and alcohol. Taste is strong alcohol dominated, also ver bitter. Good longlasting bitter aftertaste. (Velp 201210)

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
The beer is orange in color with a white head. There is a mild fruitiness to the nose with a light tropical note. Some citrus peel, too. A nice sweetness of brown sugar and toasted bread. There’s a strange coriander flavor to this, but it tastes fine. Sweet caramel and brown sugar maltiness, a bit of toast, and some sweet fruit hop and ester character.

Copper colour. Bitter-sweet citrus orange taste. Wouldn’t call this a barley wine, but still nice.

(on tap) Hazy reddish amber with good head. Subtle but pleasant aroma. Full bodied with good carbonation. Flavour is rich with caramel and hints of spice and the alcohol not completely hidden. Overall a very good strong beer.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, many thanks to bierkoning. hazy orange color with medium white head. Aroma of peach, orange. Fruity, sweet taste wit yeast, some spices. Alcohol is hidden, very dangerous. Little bit more on sweet side, as I like, but overall OK.

Tap @ De Prael. Cloudy orange appearance with an off white head. Fairly floral/earthy hoppy, fruity aroma. Tangy tangerine/pineapple fruity, floral hoppy flavor. Dry finish. Pretty smooth for the abv.
