Bottle, 7.5%. The aroma starts off with some spice, distinct coriander. Also seems to have a little grapey hop. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is dry at first, has some mild yeast, good.Hint of coriander in the aftertaste. Good, chalky mouthfeel and a good, clean bittnerness. The bottle says tripel, quite dry for that, but well-made and tasty.

Draft at the Brewery. Hazy, unfiltered golden look. Good white head on top. Leaves good lacing. Malty and spicey aroma. Yeast and alcohol present in flavour, making in bitter, like a typical hop bitterness.

On draught at brewery tasting room. Pours a dense gold color with frothy white head. Slight yeasty aroma. Medium body. Full mouthfeel. Fairly neutral sweet/dry flavor balance. Bigger pale malt flavor comes in late. Slightly sweet finish. Clean but tame tripel blonde.

Pours light hazy golden with a medium, frothy, white head that settles as a staying thin film. Aroma is fruity, lots of yeast (in the good way), apples, oranges, caramelly malts and light Belgian sugar. Medium carbonation, fine creamy palate. Flavour is quite dry, oranges, grassy hops, caramelly sweetness with light apple juice notes. Quite delicious.

Sampled on tap at the brew pub. Pours a hazy, light yellow with a frothy white head. Fruity nose, apples, canned pineapple, sugary. Flavor is sweet, candy sugar, light rum, apples, canned pears. Tastes a bit like the fermented juice from a canned fruit cocktail. Needs some pepper to round things out. Not super boozy, just sweet. Full bodied finish.

(330ml bottle, best by 12/11 thanks to bu11zeye) golden color with effervescent bubbles and a lasting creamy head. Nose of cereal grain and mash and honey. Taste of honey, bread, moderately bitter hops, a bit of hairspray as well. Nice honey finish though, mild bitterness in the palate linger.

After the beer was served in the glass there was found a lasting quantity wall adhesive white foam collar which was fine and even of structure. The beer also contained not much carbonic acid in the glass. The beer has a thick blond and a sweet taste. The after tast of the beer is hoppy bitter with a coriander touch . This beer smells fruity.
