Golden colour, white head. Aroma of malts, candeed citrus peel, light hops, apple and yeast. A bit aged notes. Sweet malty flavour, candeed citrus peel. Finish malts and apple sauce.
Bit aged, but very decent beer.
(From 33cL bottle on the way home from WW II tasting, Amsterdam. Dank voor het bvo’tje, Borresteijn! Much appreciated!)

330 ml bottle @ GreenWoods Keizersgracht, Amsterdam. Rated on 23.2.2013.
Pours a golden cloudy colour with a white head. Aroma of ripe fruits and yeast - not much else. Flavour is rather rich with dried apricot, strong grassy bitterness and caramel. Medium bodied, silky and creamy mouthfeel with a warming, fruity and quite bitter finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle from mam and dad’s holiday, Holland. A cloudy golden beer with a spicy fruit and toffee flavour followed by vanilla and lemon on the finish.

On tap @ the brewpub. Cloudy golden-honey in color with a small but lacing white head. On the nose it reminds me of public toilet soap. Does not sound so nice, but it’s actually not so bad. Coriander and a fruity sweetness. Shampoo with a trace of cardboard. Not horrible. In taste it’s also really soapy, but still tasty. Fruity with loads of coriander. Some alcohol burning as well, but it’s quite suiting. Light dry finish and a peppery aftertaste on the tongue. Not bad. Reminds me of "Ajax Sitron". 27.09.2012

Bottle at "15" Amsterdam. Poured a clear straw colour with a thin round head. The aroma is yeasty with citrus notes. The flavour is yeasty fruity and with some alcoholic bitterness. It was surprisingly good and I'd order another which is one of the best things I can say about it.

Countbeer (2921) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - DEC 4, 2012
Draught: Medium vast white head on top of a hazy yellow colored beer. Smell malts, cream, yeast, milk, barleys, old hops. Taste bitters, yellow fruit, peach, orange, citrus, creamy, yeast, hops and floral herby hop notes. Yellow fruity malty yeasty aftertaste. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium body and a creamy texture.

Draught at their own Proeflokaal
Cloudy deep blond color; nice creamy head, persistent. The aroma has a nice fruity component, jam. Good body strength; nice malt flavor, with yeast spices and fresh fruits; quite strong bitterness, but balanced by a moderate sweetness.
A bit rough but nice.

Good tripel that knows a very fine balance between strength and flavor. Nice hints of citrus, hay, coffee and dough.
