Bottle. 75cl. [Tasting @ Ølbaren, Copenhagen]. Light unclear medium to light dark yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, grain, light hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (110308)

Bottled. An unclear orange beer with some sediment floating around under a white head. The aroma is sweet malty and fruity, and so is the flavor, though also with notes of spices, leading to a dry finish. Nice body.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy golden with a dense, creamy, off-white head. Fresh aroma of citrus and coriander. Medium body with dry, pale malts, some yeast and a somewhat astringent finish. 110308

75 cL bottle, thanks to fonefan. Pours slight hazy yellow to orange with a lacing white head. Perfumed and spiced aroma: lavandor and coriander. Spiced flavour, medium dry and a lingering finish of the same spice flavour.

Bottled. Yellow colour with mediumsized white head. Aroma is spices, slight honey and malts. Flavour is honey, sweet malts and flowery hops. Also very creamy touch along with yeast. A very interesting thing.

Bottled. Lightly hazy golden, small head. Aroma of red cherries. Fairly sweet with medium body and bold mouthfeel. Lightly estery and yeasty with notes of vanilla, strawberries and alcohol. Sweet berryish finish without bitterness.

Bottle. Cloudy yellow coloured with a small white ehad. Skunky and spicy aroma of yeast, fruits and citrus. Fruity flavour of spices, yeast and citrus with notes of hops. Yeasty and hoppy finish.

Bottle, 7.5%. The aroma starts off with some spice, distinct coriander. Also seems to have a little grapey hop. Hazy yellow colour. Small white head. The flavour is dry at first, has some mild yeast, good.Hint of coriander in the aftertaste. Good, chalky mouthfeel and a good, clean bittnerness. The bottle says tripel, quite dry for that, but well-made and tasty.

[Coutersy of fonefan, tasting @ Ølbaren] Hazy golden with medium head. Sweet fruity aroma with coriander and yeast notes. Flavor is sweet with fruit, spices and yeasty notes.

(330ml bottle, BB 12/11) Pours a clear yellow body with a moderate white head. Aroma of mustiness, grass, toasted grain, and citrus. Flavor of soap, dough, grass, citrus, and florals with a somewhat dry finish.
