Tasting at Ølbaren 2008.03.11 - Thanks Fonefan for sharing. This beer is very unclear/murky with a lasting head. The aroma is slightly fruity with notes of berries and yeast. The flavour has notes of bitter, sour berries, yeast, light sweetness, candy sugar and the slightly dry finish has notes of grape peel.

Bottle. [Courtesy of fonefan] Large off-white creamy head that really lasted. Hazy nutty color. Good display of lacework. Aroma was very fruity with hints of toasted malt and grain. Some underlying yeast, malt and again fruit as the predominant note. Medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Moderated sweet fruity flavor with hints of light sour notes. Fruity finish. Quit nice.

Bottled. A murky brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and yeast. And so is the flavor, though added notes of alcohol and honey, leading to a dry bitter finish.
